STEP ONE

Complete this form, send us an email or give us a call!

STEP TWO

Receive your samples, download your selling materials and distribute them to your sellers. Remember to make sure everyone records their sales on their Order Taking Forms.

STEP THREE

Collect copies of each seller's Order Taking Forms and submit the Master Order Form with payment.

STEP FOUR

We will pop, pack, and prepare your order for pickup.
